Full Moon Yin & Sound Bath
Join us for an afternoon of deep rest and renewal with Jaun and Rudolf. ✨
Under the glow of the Full Moon on the 12th, we’ll slow down, release, and realign.
- 60 min Restorative Yin Yoga led by Jaun, followed by a short break
- 60 min Sound Bath led by Rudolf
- Bring a pillow, blanket & bolster if you have
